Services Offered By Good Enough To Eat

My main specialties are cakes, gateaus and desserts but I also create a wide variety of sweet and savoury items. If its good enough to eat in real life then I try to make it so in miniature.

Thorough research is done into each miniature item to make sure it is as realistic as possible. Recipe books and magazines provide most of my inspiration, as does the real thing - any excuse to eat chocolate cake!

The Mad Hatter cake

Another specialty is the 'mad hatter' cake. Wacky, modern designs that are fun and creative - an ideal centerpiece for a special setting or cake shop. These cakes are usually one-off unique pieces that feature a two or three tiered cake decorated in a riot of colours and shapes with a matching topper of wire and clay shapes attached to the top.
